AKRON -- Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is asking for the public's help in finding a convicted rapist who failed to register his address in July.
Authorities say Tyonne James Hosey, 29, of Akron, served time in prison for the rape of a girl. He was released in 2006 and classified as a sexually-oriented offender.
He was required to register his address once a year for 10 years. and failed to do so in July.
The Summit County Sheriff's Office has issued a warrant for his arrest.
Hosey stands 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds and has brown eyes with black hair.
Hosey also has four tattoos -- the words "Cry Now" and "Bar" on his right forearm, and "Laugh Later" and "None" on his left forearm -- and a scar on his nose.
