SOLON -- A Solon woman, 58, called police about 2:15 p.m. Sunday saying that while at Giant Eagle at 34310 Aurora Road, she saw a man in a car next to her exposing himself as she was backing out in the parking lot.
The woman wrote the license plate of the car down as she left and called the police department.
Ironically, the car had been stopped by a Solon police officer just prior to the complaint for an unrelated offense.
Solon police arrested Matthew D. Thomas, 25, of Northfield, and charged him with public indecency.
