Toronto, ON (Sports Network) - DeMar DeRozan scored 14 points and the Toronto
Raptors avenged their preseason loss to Detroit on Wednesday, this time
defeating the Pistons, 82-75.
Jonas Valanciunas also netted 11 points while collecting eight rebounds and Ed
Davis dropped in 12 off the bench for the Raptors, who won their second game
of the preseason.
Terrence Ross, the Raptors' eighth overall pick, struggled in 25 minutes off
the bench, shooting just 1-for-7 and finishing with five points.
Rodney Stuckey led the way for Detroit with 14 points and Viacheslav Kravtsov
added 10 off the bench. Greg Monroe, Jason Maxiell and Kyle Singler all
dropped in nine points for the Pistons, who squeaked by Toronto on Wednesday
with a 101-99 victory.
Andre Drummond, who was selected right after Ross in the 2012 draft, only
played six minutes. He finished with two points, a block and a steal in the
loss.
