EAST COAST -- Emergency management teams and utilities along the East Coast are bracing for what could be a $1 billion storm, as Hurricane Sandy's 100 mph winds surge along the east coast.
Meteorologists say Eastern Ohio, southwestern Pennsylvania and parts of Virginia could get snow. Experts are calling this a Category 2 storm, and it's already killed dozens in the Caribbean.
