SOLON -- Solon police charged a Chagrin Falls woman and an Aurora man with OVI in the early Thanksgiving morning hours.
Police arrested and charged Kristyn Lopresti-Ryan, 39, of Chagrin Falls, at 2:55 a.m. Thanksgiving morning after being stopped on U.S. 422 eastbound near the east line for a lane violation.
Police say she submitted to a breath test with a result of .160, twice the .08 limit.
Police arrested and charged Marvin Phillips, 44, of Aurora, at 3:24 a.m. Thanksgiving morning after he was stopped for a lane violation on S.R. 43 near Summit Street.
Police say he submitted to a breath test with a result of .164, more than twice the .08 limit.
