ORRVILLE -- Police tell Channel 3 News that there has been a series of thefts of Christmas decorations over the weekend.
Police say the "Grinch" has been swiping decorations from the following areas:
- 500 block of West Church Street
- 100 block of North Crown Hill
- 1400 block of Clay Court
- 1300 block of Grace Lane
- 100 block of Bell Avenue
- 1000 block of Heatherwood Lane
- 800 block of West Market
