MAYFIELD HEIGHTS -- Was there a baby born in Northeast Ohio at 12:12 p.m. Wednesday? There sure was!

Her name is Forever Cierra Cotrice Smith and she is 7 lbs, 7 ounces and 18 inches long. Her parents are Frank and Cierra Smith, who live just outside of Cleveland.

The baby joins their 2-year-old son, Caden.

Forever Cierra was born at Hillcrest Hospital.
