San Antonio, TX (Sports Network) - Tony Parker scored a team-high 20 points
and the San Antonio Spurs easily dispatched the Philadelphia 76ers, 109-86, at
AT&T Center on Saturday.
Manu Ginobili tallied 19 points, seven rebounds and four assists off the
bench. Tiago Splitter posted a double-double with 12 points and 10 boards for
the Spurs, who bounced back after having their seven-game winning streak
snapped to the Knicks on Thursday.
Tim Duncan posted 16 points, eight boards and four blocks in the victory.
The 76ers put an end to a woeful 2-6 road trip with their third straight loss.
Spencer Hawes led the team with 22 points, while Evan Turner scored 12.
Thaddeus Young and Jason Richardson each followed with 11.
Jrue Holiday finished with 11 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists in the
setback.
