SOLON -- A Reminderville man, 39, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated just before midnight Wednesday.
He was originally stopped for speeding and improper lane changing on state Route 422 and state Route 91.
Police smelled alcohol on his breath and he submitted to a Breathalyzer test. The result was .136, almost twice the legal limit of .08.
He was taken into custody and also charged with having an open container of alcohol in his vehicle -- tequila.
