Houston, TX (Sports Network) - Jeremy Lin paced Houston's red-hot shooting
attack with 28 points to lead the Rockets to a 140-109 drubbing of the Golden
State Warriors on Tuesday.
Lin made a game-high five 3-pointers for the Rockets, who tied an NBA record
with 23 3-pointers. Houston finished 57.7 percent (23-for-40) from long range
to pick up its fifth win in six games.
James Harden and Chandler Parson each knocked down four treys en route to 18
and 16 points, respectively.
The Rockets had several opportunities to make the record-setting 24th triple,
but the Warriors repeatedly fouled Houston over the final minute.
Jarrett Jack scored 20 points and David Lee netted 18 points and pulled down
seven rebounds for Golden State, which had a four-game winning streak snapped.
