Richland County: All lanes on I-71 reopened

RICHLAND COUNTY --  The Ohio Department of Transportation says all lanes on I-71 southbound in Richland County have reopened.

Earlier, two lanes were closed after a crash south of the US Route 30 interchange.

ODOT says the shoulder remains closed in that area while the remaining debris from the crash is cleaned up.
