Sahko Satka outbid several other interested parties and bought the house for $610,000.
The current owner ran into financial trouble and had to sell everything inside.
There was concern that the new owner would either tear down the property or turn it into a business. But, Mr. Satka insists he wants to renovate the home and keep it in the family.
