The 9 p.m. debate, sponsored by CSU and NBC News, will be carried live on WKYC-TV 3.
NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams and Meet The Press's Tim Russert will moderate the Cleveland debate.
But what about tickets to the debate?
CSU is making some of the limited number of tickets available to current CSU students through a student lottery.
Most of the rest of the available tickets will be made available to donors, sponsors, the Democratic Party and the Democratic presidential campaigns.
Details on a lottery for the general public to get the remaining tickets will be posted on the CSU Web site starting on Feb. 19.

As late as Tuesday, Clinton had said she had neither accepted nor rejected the CSU debate invitation during an exclusive one-on-one interview Tuesday afternoon with Channel 3 News senior political correspondent Tom Beres.
Clinton's appearance at the Feb. 26 debate was first put in doubt Friday after MSNBC anchor David Shuster made a distasteful remark about Chelsea Clinton's campaigning for her mother.
Shuster apologized and MSNBC suspended him temporarily for the remark.
