Cleveland and Cuyahoga County shelters are taking in anyone who comes to their doors, regardless if there are enough beds.
No one will be turned away from any shelter during the storm.
Cleveland is now enforcing a partial parking ban in some neighborhoods.
Parking will be prohibited in some neighborhoods that have posted signs about heavy snow parking so snowplow crews can clear the streets.
Crews will clear downtown streets first, then tackle residential streets.
