Cleveland asks drivers to stay off the roads unless it's an emergency.

Police have been overwhelmed by dozens of calls from stranded motorists who have become stuck due to the snow and drifting snow. Snow removal crews are focusing on keeping the main streets clear and as a result most of the side streets are impassable. To help emergency and snow removal crews, police are asking drivers to restrict travel and only venture out if it is an emergency.
