Visconsi Companies, Ltd. has announced the signing of Costco, Bed, Bath & Beyond and Best Buy to its latest development.
The stores are expected to open next fall.
These stores will be added to the 30-acre site at Interstate 71 and State Route 82.
Other retailers and restaurants are also in the works.
The new retail site sits across from SoutPark Mall.
