Sultan Kosen has grown two inches since he entered the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's tallest living man.
The 29-year-old part-time farmer is now 8'3" tall.
A tumor in his brain produced hormones that spurred his growth, but after multiple surgeries and receiving treatment from the University of Virginia, Kosen says he's not growing anymore.
He still has to rely on crutches to walk.
During a Guinness World Records attractions promotional event in Hong Kong on Wednesday, he stressed the importance of keeping a positive attitude and living freely because he said life is short.
