UNIONDALE, NY -- John Cena made Jonny Littman's day by visiting him, signing some T-shirts and giving him a videogame system.

Littman is 7 years old and has severe health problems.

The visit was also a special one for Cena. It was the 300th wish he's granted, more than anyone else who's worked with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

He's granted twice as many wishes as Michael Jordon and three times as many as Kobe Bryant.

Cena says he's "just getting started."
