Actor Cuba Gooding Junior is no longer a wanted man.
A New Orleans bartender doesn't plan to pursue charges against the Academy Award winner for allegedly pushing her.
That's according to the bar's management.
The bartender had said Gooding flipped out at fans wanting his autograph early Tuesday -- then shoved her when she told him to calm down.
Police issued an arrest warrant for the star on a misdemeanor battery charge.
But Gooding met with his attorney and police Wednesday.
The bar's management released a statement saying they're hopeful dropping the charges will, quote, "put an end to the matter."
