OMAHA, NE -- That must be some service.
Waiters at an Omaha, Nebraska, restaurant were recently treated to an early Christmas bonus -- a tip of more than $10,000.
The tip was left for waiters of Sullivan's Steakhouse in downtown Omaha by members of the rock-inspired Trans Siberian Orchestra, best known for its renditions of traditional Christmas songs.
The orchestra has been performing in the Omaha area for the last three weeks, and its members have become frequent patrons of the restaurant.
A manager at Sullivan's said in addition to a standard tip, the group left $10,000 for servers during its last visit. It's not known how many servers shared the tip.
