Weather may be to blame in man's death

CLEVELAND -- The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has released the name of a man found dead outside on the east side Tuesday morning.

EMS located Ray Campbell, 58, outside an address in the 2100 block of East 68th Street.

The cause of death has not been determined by the medical examiner's office. A forensic pathologist is scheduled to examine the body tomorrow.

EMS believes the death is weather related.

Temperatures overnight in Cleveland plunged to 11 below zero.

Campbell's death is the second suspected weather-related death. On Monday night, University Hospitals reported a patient died of hypothermia.
