On the street they call him "Joker," but capturing Monday night's Fugitive of the Week is no laughing matter.
Deputy U.S. Marshals are hot on the trail of Leonardo Rodriguez.
They've been looking for him since April of 2007 when he and several others are accused of putting on police jackets and breaking into an Elyria home.
The victims were bound, beaten and robbed.
