NEW RUSSIA TOWNSHIP -- Two people are being treated for injuries after an early morning crash.
The Elyria Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol says the driver of a Nissan Altima lost control on Hamilton Road just after 3 a.m. The car went off the right side of the road, hit a signs and culvert and overturned.
The driver and a female passenger suffered serious injuries. Neither was wearing a seatbelt. The female passenger was thrown from the car.
Another passenger, also not wearing a seatbelt, was also hurt.
All three were taken to Metro.
The investigation is ongoing.
