STREETSBORO -- Police say a truck drove into a home after an accident Friday night.
The accident happened on State Route 43 and Tinkers Green Drive just before 8:30 p.m.
Police tell WKYC Cynthia Harnish, 48, of Streetsboro, and Shawn Freyhauf, 31, of Mantua, crashed into each other at the intersection.
After the initial accident, Harnish cut across SR-43 on the right side of the road, hitting a house on the 1000 block of Sagamore Drive causing damage to the structure. No one was home at the time Harnish went into the house.
Harnish was taken to Akron City Hospital by LifeFlight. Her condition is unknown at this time.
A passenger of Freyhauf's was taken to Robinson Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The accident is under investigation. Alcohol seems to play a factor in the accident.
