CLEVELAND -- Local chef Christopher DiLisi will open a new restaurant in The Flats.
DiLisi was the executive Chef at the former Baricelli Inn in Cleveland's Little Italy.
His new restaurant "Willeyville" is named after Cleveland's first mayor John Willey, and is part of the $500 million Flats East Bank Project.

Other restaurants expected to open in the flats include Tobey Keith's "I Love This Bar" and local chef Fabio Salerno's "Lago."
