CLEVELAND -- Police have a 23-year-old in custody in the death of his younger brother.
Police found the 18-year-old victim just before 2:30 a.m. on East 121st Street with a stab wound to the chest. The teen died at the hospital.
Officers say their investigation has revealed that the two brothers were arguing and the confrontation turned physical. Charges are pending against the older brother.
