ELYRIA -- Elyria High school officials are alerting parents and students that an individual associated with the school has been diagnosed with TB.
A note to the community, posted on the school's website, states that the person is currently under the care of medical staff and is expected to fully recover.
Health officials from the Mercy TB clinic will be at the high school Wednesday to screen students and staff with a skin test.
Parents are asked to fill out a permission slip to have their children tested, free of charge.
