CLEVELAND -- A judge has set bond at $20,000 for a man accused of hitting a 12-year-old as she crossed the street.
Cedric Francis was arrested on charges of aggravated vehicular assault and felony hit-skip. He entered a not guilty plea in court this morning.
The victim, Kaitlyn Adkins was hit on September 14 at W. 31st and Denison and seriously injured.
Police arrested Francis on November 6.
