WILLOUGHBY -- Twelve men face misdemeanor charges after being charged in connection with a prostitution sting.
Willoughby Police ran the sting on Feb. 21 and Feb. 22. Officers placed an ad on a web site frequented by prostitutes.
Twelve men responded to the ad and were taken into custody when they entered a motel room expecting to meet a 20-year-old woman.
The men were between 26 and 64 years of age and from cities like Beachwood, Rocky River, North Royalton, Hudson and Mentor, to name a few.
All face charges of soliciting and criminal tools. The twelve men arrested each posted a $404 bond and have a court date scheduled for March 7.
