STRONGSVILLE -- Strongsville Police are investigating an incident involving a parent and a teacher on strike at Kinsner Elementary.
According to police, a mother who was taking her children to the school says striking teachers were blocking the school's driveway.
The mom says she honked her horn and started to inch her vehicle forward. At that point the mother says a teacher slapped her hand on the hood of the car.
The teacher claims the car grazed her. Officers are attempting to locate surveillance video from the area to determine what happened.
The Strongsville teachers are in the second day of a strike.
