CLEVELAND -- A missing 16-year-old West Virginia girl, and her 7-month-old daughter have been recovered safely.  An Amber Alert issued after their suspected abduction late Tuesday night has been canceled.

Police say their alleged 57-year-old abductor, Margel F. Tenney has been taken into custody.

The mother, Shaina Nicole Tenney, and daughter, Grace Hope Tenney, were last seen in Rock Cave, West Virginia at about 3 p.m. Thursday. P0lice suspected the trio may have crosssed into Ohio on I-77 and issued the Amber Alert.

Police say Tenney is being investigated for allegations of sexual abuse against Shaina Tenney, who is also his step daughter.
