Cleveland Police: 29 arrested during St. Patrick's Day celebrations

  • Annual St. Patrick's Day parade draws thousands

    • CLEVELAND -- Cleveland Police say officers arrested 29 people during the St. Patrick's Day celebrations on Sunday.

    Of those arrested, 24 were adults and 5 were juveniles.

    Police say eight of those arrests were alcohol-related.

    The cold weather didn't stop thousands of people from crowding Cleveland's streets for the 146th annual St. Patrick's Day parade.

    More than 13,000 people took part in the parade.
