Once again, it appears the Browns could be very busy in the off season and may overhaul the club once again.
Owner, Randy Lerner, put out the word weeks ago that he was looking for in essence a "football czar" to get the club on track.
Early speculation focused on Mike Holmgren, but there's been no deal.
The Browns have a history of not being able to land their top choices. While the club is competitive financially with others in the league, many top management and coaching choices may be put off by how quickly the Browns change gears, looking for a quick fix to the team's troubles.
While everyone hopes for a quick turnaround, fixing the club will take time and patience.
