This week the team introduced Bryan Wiedmeier as executive vice president/business operations and Tom Heckert as general manager.

Heckert comes to the team from the Eagles who have a solid history of making the playoffs and more importantly making smart draft choices.

Head Coach Eric Mangini has a good support system in place.

Now comes the hard part, getting players to help move the Browns in a winning direction.
