The Browns have sent signals to the rest of the league that they would be willing to deal in order to move up in the draft.
However, it seems unlikely that the Browns would be able to move all the way to the front of the pack to take Oklahoma quarterback, Sam Bradford. The Rams are likely to use their #1 pick for him anyway.
So what do the Browns do? A young quarterback is needed, but the team has holes to fill all across the field.
