Budapest Grand Prix tennis event, a clay-court French Open tune-up.
Errani, who titled in Barcelona three weeks ago, blew past Georgian
Anna Tatishvili 6-2, 6-1 in 62 minutes, while Vesnina upset fifth-seeded New
Zealander Marina Erakovic 6-2, 6-4 in Friday's semifinal action at Romai
Tennis Academy.
Errani, who turned 25 on Sunday, will appear in her third final of 2012,
seeking a third championship. The Bologna, Italy native is 4-3 in her career
finals.
The 25-year-old Vesnina is still seeking her first-ever WTA title and is 0-5
in her previous finals on the circuit. This marks her first title match this
year.
Errani and Vesnina will meet for the first time on Saturday, with the winner
set to collect $37,000.
