CLEVELAND -- WKYC has confirmed that soon-to-be Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam has bought a home in Bratenahl.

According to the Chestnut Hill Realty listing, the property was being offered for $4.1 million and is on 3.19 acres in Bratenahl with 600 feet of shoreline.

It was built in 1997 and has four bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

This location puts the Haslams a stone's throw from both Burke Lakefront Airport and Cleveland Browns Stadium. The Haslams use Burke for their corporate jet in and out of town.

The home has both a three-car and a two-car attached garage, a sound system throughout the interior and exterior of the home and a security system.

It has a slate roof and a stone and cedar exterior, with a privacy fence of concrete, stone and wrought iron along with televised, Finelli-designed entry gate.

It is also self-sufficient, with an emergency generator and city water and sewer service.

The master bedroom is on the first floor, with his and her bathrooms/dressing rooms, as is the formal dining room, kitchen and a breakfast room that overlooks a patio and Lake Erie.

There's a two-story family room with a built-in sea water aquarium, and a media room with four built-in televisions, surround sound and fully equipped wetbar with counter seating.

The lower level leads to outdoor patios and features a carpeted rec room, wetbar, a second fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a billiards room.

There's a children's arcade room complete with pin ball machines, a climate-controlled wine room with stone floor, tasting and decanting area and storage capacity for 1,600 bottles, and a formal theater with curtained stage and tiered seating.
