Sacramento, CA (Sports Network) - Isaiah Thomas netted a game-high 27 points
on 10-of-15 shooting and handed out five assists as the Sacramento Kings
thumped the Boston Celtics, 118-96, on Sunday at Sleep Train Arena.
John Salmons contributed 23 points on 9-of-12 from the floor, while Jason
Thompson donated 20 points and six rebounds for the Kings, who have won three
of their last four.
DeMarcus Cousins posted a triple-double with 12 points, 10 rebounds and 10
assists. Jimmer Fredette and James Johnson finished with 10 points apiece in
the victory.
Paul Pierce and Jason Terry combined for 40 points, while Kevin Garnett added
16 points and 12 rebounds for the Celtics, who have lost three straight by 18
points or more for the first time since the 1977-78 season. Jeff Green
finished with 16 points in the loss.
