CLEVELAND -- Cavs fan James Blair, 21, appeared in Cleveland Municipal Court Friday and pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing.

Blair was the one who went ran out onto the floor of The Q in the fourth quarter Wednesday towards LeBron James wearing a T-shirt that read "We Miss You." On the back it read "2014 Come Back."

After the game, LeBron James said, "Well, he said he missed me and come back please. I did not have time to say much to him because security got to him but I patted him on the head."

Blair was escorted off the court and jailed. He ended up paying a $250 fine and court costs.

The Cavaliers released the following statement about the incident:

"Fan and player safety is of the highest priority at The Q. We have an extensive security and safety plan in place that has made The Q one of the safest and most secure buildings in the country for fans, staff, players and performers alike. We exceed NBA standards. At the same time, and in relation to Wednesday night's incident, we have conducted a thorough review of our security and safety elements and found ways to improve. We will implement those improvements very quickly."
