BEREA --  The Browns have announced a plan to improve and enhance the game day for their fans.

Team president Alec Scheiner unveiled a five-point plan, which will include easier access to FirstEnergy Stadium, improved cellphone service, upgraded team stores, guest experience and game-day rituals.

Scheiner, who previously worked for the Dallas Cowboys, said the Browns listened to feedback from their fans and intend to make some improvements this season and in the future.

Fans had complained about long lines at the stadium entrances and to combat the problem, the team is adding 20 new turnstiles and 44 screening lanes.

The Browns are sending their season-ticket holders transparent bags to conform to the NFL's new policy.

The Browns want to create a home-field advantage for a team that has made the playoffs just once since 1999.
