BEREA, Ohio -- The Browns have given a behind-the-scenes look at their remodeled headquarters and training facility, which was given a $5 million face lift during the offseason.
CEO Joe Banner took media members through the team's building on Monday.
With open working spaces and a modern decor, the Browns are hoping the changes can not only build chemistry among their current employees but entice others to work for them in the future.
Throughout the facility are reminders of the team's past glory with photos of Hall of Fame players like Jim Brown and Paul Warfield on the walls along with inspirational quotes from Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, Mother Teresa and others.
Banner's favorite saying belongs to fictional character Willy Wonka because "everyone thinks I'm so serious. It's sports. It's supposed to be fun."
