New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - The Boston Celtics' Jordan Crawford and
Portland Trail Blazers' LaMarcus Aldridge were named the NBA's top players for
the period ending Dec. 8.
Crawford led the Celtics to a 3-0 record with averages of 23.3 points, 6.7
assists and 3.0 rebounds. He connected on 12-of-23 shots from beyond the arc
during the week, including a career-high six triples in a 114-73 win over the
New York Knicks on Sunday.
Aldridge posted a double-double in points and rebounds in all four of
Portland's games last week. He averaged 26.3 points, 12.8 rebounds and 4.5
