CLEVELAND - Cleveland Indians' shortstop Francisco Lindor has been named a finalist for MLB's Gold Glove Award.
Of course, Lindor's got other things on his mind with Game 3 of the World Series looming.
Three players at each position are nominated for the award. The other two shortstops are Jose Iglesias of the Detroit Tigers and Andrelton Simmons of the L.A. Angels.
Lindor posted a .982 fielding percentage during the regular season. Iglesias crafted a .991 fielding percentage and Simmons' was .982.
Lindor is the only Indian to be nominated for a Gold Glove Award this year.
The winners will be announced on ESPN Nov. 8.
