BEREA, Ohio -- The Cleveland Browns signed first round quarterback Johnny Manziel to a contract Tuesday.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Manziel was the Browns' 22nd overall pick, and second of two first round draft picks.
The team has now signed four of its six 2014 draft picks.
The 6-foot Manziel had a 20-6 record as a 2-year starter at Texas A&M. He threw for 7,820 yards with 63 touchdowns and 22 interceptions in that time, alon with 2,160 rushing hards and another 30 scores.
Manziel was the first freshman to win the Heisman trophy and was the first player in school history to throw for more than 3,000 yards in back-to-back seasons.
