DeShone Kizer replaced by Kevin Hogan due to migraine headache

Cleveland Browns starting quarterback DeShone Kizer left the game in Baltimore for the team’s fourth offensive series. Backup Kevin Hogan entered the game and came out firing, hitting Seth DeValve with a great deep throw on his first attempt.

The word on the CBS broadcast was Kizer left the game with a migraine headache and is questionable to return. The Browns themselves quickly confirmed that diagnosis.

Kizer struggled once again with making timely decisions in the early going, taking a bad strip sack which led to Baltimore’s first touchdown. He did not appear to suffer any sort of blow to the head.
