River Dog Cafe Cheese Whiz

1 qt heavy cream

4 cups shredded cheddar

1t garlic powder

1t chili powder

Salt n pepper to taste

Pour the quart of heavy cream into large saucepan. Turn heat on high, whisk in garlic and chili powder, bring to boil. Turn to med/low heat and whisk in the cheese until a smooth consistency. When the cheese begins melting you can turn to low heat.

You must whisk often or it will burn to bottom of pan
