AKRON -- The teenager charged in the Craigslist murders has been bound over to adult court.

This means Brogan Rafferty, 17, will stand trial as an adult.

The case will now go to a Summit County Grand Jury.
If convicted, Rafferty faces life in prison.

Prosecutors allege Rafferty and another man, Richard Beesley, 52, of Akron used phony job listings on Craiglist to lure potential victims. They are charged in the deaths of three men.

On Monday, Rafferty waived a hearing and had charges against him merged in felony court. He had previously been charged in Noble County as well.

He has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.

The teen will now be moved to the Summit County Jail.
