It seems droves of superhero fans can't wait for "The Avengers" to assemble.

A recent poll byFandango surveyed thousands of moviegoers about the flicks they want to see the most this summer -- and it should be no surprise that "The Avengers" was a central focus.

The movie, which was partially filmed in Cleveland last summer, topped the list for men at 31 percent, but the action-movie ranked second for women just behind "Snow White and the Huntsman" with 22 percent.
