CLEVELAND -- There's nothing I hate more than buying razor blades.

Could they be any more overpriced?

Today the words "shaving" and "saving" can actually be friends in the same sentence.

If you haven't yet heard of The Dollar Shave Club, it's an ingenious new club for men --and even women --where you sign up and lock in the lowest prices in the country from that point onwards.

I know --clubs make you uneasy, but you can cancel this membership at any time. Here's how it works...

For $6 per month, including shipping and handling, you get the generic equivalent to the Schick Quattro (four blades) to last you all month. That includes the razor handle and four blades.

Or for $9 per month, including shipping and handling, you get the generic equivalent to the Gillette Fusion (but with6blades) to last you all month. That includes the razor handle and three blades.

The blades are virtually identical to the ones from the name brands, perform incredibly well (yes, we've tested them) and you can easily switch between the $6 or $9 per month options and you'll get the new razor handle sent to you for that membership free.

There's also a $1 per month option for a basic razor, but this one adds a $2 shipping and handling fee.

Today there's no more forgetting to buy your blades, no more dishing out $22 for a "value pack" at the pharmacy and no more over paying.

Due to overwhelming demand, you need to get in line for a membership, with new members being processed on May 10.

The longer you wait, the higher the demand, so if you're interested, I'd sign-up ASAP.
