These extreme temperatures could turn dangerous for anyone spending too much time outside. It doesn't matter what your physical condition may be, heat exhaustion can get the best of anyone.
"Some early warning signs can just be feeling fatigued, some people can get cramps in their muscles, especially in the legs. Feeling just exhausted and nauseous," says Dr. Jerri Rose, with University Hospitals.
Doctors say someone suffering from heat exhaustion or heat stroke could even suffer a seizure, the skin may stop sweating, and body temperatures could exceed 106 degrees.
At that point, the condition becomes life threatening. It's important to stay hydrated and get out of the sun and heat if you feel any of these symptoms.
